Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. God promises to assist Joshua. Joshua is to make the law of God his rule. He is charged to meditate therein day and night, that he might understand it. Whatever affairs of this world we have to mind, we must not neglect the one thing needful. All his orders to the people, and his judgments, must be according to the law of God. Joshua must himself be under command; no mans dignity or dominion sets him above the law of God. He is to encourage himself with the promise and presence of God. Let not the sense of thine own infirmities dishearten thee; God is all-sufficient. I have commanded, called, and commissioned thee to do it, and will be sure to bear thee out in it. When we are in the way of duty, we have reason to be strong and very bold. Our Lord Jesus, as Joshua here, was borne up under his sufferings by a regard to the will of God, and the commandment from his Father. (Jos 1:10-15) SAINTS BE STRONG N COURAGEOUS THAT THE LORD MAY PROSPER THEE Joshua 1:7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. NO MATTER WHAT YOU FACE NO MATTER WHATS AHEAD BE STRONG N COURAGEOUS Joshua 1:18 Whosoever he be that doth rebel against thy commandment, and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage. BE OF GOOD COURAGE WHETHER IT TURN OUT GOOD OR BAD ON EITHER SIDE THE LORD IS WITH THEE 2 Samuel 10:11-12 11 And he said, If the Syrians be too strong for me, then thou shalt help me: but if the children of Ammon be too strong for thee, then I will come and help thee. 12 Be of good courage, and let us play the men for our people, and for the cities of our God: and the LORD do that which seemeth him good. BE STRONG AND OF GOOD COURAGE THE LORD WILL FINISH ALL HIS GOOD WORKS TILL THE DAY OF CHRIST 1 Chronicles 28:20 And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, even my God, will be with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD. LIKE EZRA THE LORD SET BEFORE HIM A TASK OF BEARING BAD NEWS TO THE LEVITES TO PUT THIER WIVES AWAY . THE TRUTH ISNT ALWAYS PRETTY AND THE TASK NOT ALWAYS EASY BUT AS THE LORD COMMANDS DO IT IN GOOD COURAGE Ezra 10:4-5 4 Arise; for this matter belongeth unto thee: we also will be with thee: be of good courage, and do it. 5 Then arose Ezra, and made the chief priests, the Levites, and all Israel, to swear that they should do according to this word. And they sware. IF THE TASK SEEMS TO MUCH PRAY AND WAITE ON THE LORD SEEK HIS FACE AND HE WILL STRENGTHEN THEE Psalms 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. LIKE PAUL WHEN HE WAS SEPARATED FROM HIS GROUP AND HAD TO FACE THINGS AND CIRCUMSTANCES ALONE EVEN WHEN YOURE ALONE BE OF GOOD COURAGE Acts 28:15-16 15 And from thence, when the brethren heard of us, they came to meet us as far as Appii forum, and The three taverns: whom when Paul saw, he thanked God, and took courage. 16 And when we came to Rome, the centurion delivered the prisoners to the captain of the guard: but Paul was suffered to dwell by himself with a soldier that kept him. BE STRONG BE NOT AFRAID HE THAT IS WITH US IS GREATER AND STRONGER THAN THEY . AND HE SHALL FIGHT OUR BATTLES 2 Chronicles 32:7-8 -7 Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him: 8 With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. BE COURAGEOUS BEFORE THE MIGHTY AND CLAIM THE VICTORY U HAVE ALREADY ATTAINED THRU CHRIST JESUS Amos 2:16 And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the LORD. IN ALL TASKS HAPPENINGS BE STRONG IN FAITH N COURAGEOUS KEEP PUSHING FORWARD BEAR FRUIT Numbers 13:20 And what the land is, whether it be fat or lean, whether there be wood therein, or not. And be ye of good courage, and bring of the fruit of the land. Now the time was the time of the firstripe grapes. SO U SEE SAINTS WALKING BY FAITH TAKES COURAGEOUS ACTS AND A LOT OF STRENGTH AND COURAGE . BUT DONT THINK ABOUT OR WORRY ON WHATS AHEAD TAKE THAT LEAP OF FAITH , TRUST IN JESUS . DONT FEAR THE WORLD FOR CHRIST JESUS HAS OVERCOME THE WORLD . HE WON THE BATTLE 2000 YEARS AGO ON THE CROSS . IN ALL THINGS HAVING OBTAINED THR PROMISE . HE HAVE GIVEN US HIS GRACE TO OWN THE VICTORY . ALL WE NEED TO DO IS TAKE IT IN JESUS NAME . NOW THE GOD OF GRACE BE WITH U ALL AGAIN I SALUTE U ALWAYS . YOUR ALL IN MY PRAYERS . But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined, Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food. But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? and what his soul desireth, even that he doeth. For he performeth the thing that is appointed for me: and many such things are with him. Therefore am I troubled at his presence: when I consider, I am afraid of him. For God maketh my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me: Because I was not cut off before the darkness, neither hath he covered the darkness from my face. Selah Trust in JESUS .
