The vulnerability of slum communities has by no means been solved yet in TAMILNADU, but by championing this approach forward, we know that there will be a legacy of empowerment behind every brick and mortar solution. The urban poor are incredibly resourceful populations, who have their own resources, networks, and the proven capacity to save and invest in the betterment of their communities, if only given the chance.
