Just as I was finishing work today, I cashed out this guys take out order and he told me SMILE, you have such a bad attitude. I looked at him and said, EXCUSE ME SIR.... I am concentrating on cashing you out and I am sorry I cant smile and cash at the same time for you. I sMacked a smile at him and he looked at me said your a terrible waitress. I told him to have a good day and enjoy your food with a BIG smile. He LOOKED at me and shaked his head. Dam, I was so upset inside because I know I try to smile and work at the same time for everyone, but after working for over 10 hours MAYBE I wasnt smiling already or maybe he was a grouch and just wanted to pick on me, I dont know, but he was RUDE and I was hurt because I have worked for 25 years at the Restaurant and I have never incountered such rudeness. My friend that works with me said he is like that. I said that no can...... I love my job and I try to smile all day.. lol, next time I going just tell him I DONT smile at ugly attitudes. He was Rude and thats ugly.... just venting fb....
