Average working day 4-30 in the morning until 7-30 at night if your sick you get docked £150 per day if you want a Holliday you have to pay someone to do your delivery standard rate £2-15p per call whether its a tee shirt or a three piece suit this is the business model not only most of our competitors use but if the now private Royal Mail would love to copy.
