Just did this class for the first time this morning. All I can say is wow :) I remember thinking How many more sun salutations is she going to do? and Finally, Childs Pose! :P This was a pleasant surprise too because all my favourite usual classes have felt really awkward this week, and Ive even stopped some of my easy classes, but I managed to persevere through this class :) Lesson to learn(?): Maybe its time to move on sometimes! ;) Favorited!
