Just finished making Taffy Apples with the kids using our Honey Crisp apples off the tree, George finally picked them before the freeze came last night and also Rich Lund gave us some to add to our count................the deer will love them too! We all say "YUMMY" and thank you. We hope to go to the show to see the kids favorite, One Direction movie, then meet up with the guys to go have dinner at the Mexican Restaurant El Mez, in town and then back to the house for a campfire with Smores and maybe later a few hot dogs over the fire. We will also try and sneak in DA BEARS game. The guys fished this a.m. and Madox said he fell asleep in the boat, I wonder why??????? and now the guys are in Minocqua taking out a pier, they took out 2 piers yesterday as well. Luke did catch a nice 20in Walleye yesterday and they all managed to catch fish. George and Paul fixed the pontoon boat and now its back in action, the motor had some sand stuck in the shaft somewhere. Glad they found the problem! If we make it to the show I will probably fall asleep as I am getting worn out. Between breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks not to mention fun projects like making Daddys Birthday Cards and making Taffy Apples, one more project to fit in is making the Gourd bird houses from Aunt Cindy that we havent had a chance to make yet with the glow in the dark spray paint! Hope to do that too! Time to go........kids are calling!
