Just gonna throw this out there . . . What are your doing everyday in your Christian walk to grow in the knowledge of our Lord and His Word? Hosea 4:6 says My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you . . . in verse 1 of that same chapter we see this knowledge is of our God . . . no knowledge of God in the land. How is it that you plan on growing in Christ? Growing in Christ cannot be done apart from the Word of God. Do you have a romantic relationship with the Bible, or do you actually read to gain understanding? Do you read as a person who knows his need to submit more and more of himself to God and His Word? Or do you read to feel accomplished for the day? John 17:17. John 17:3 And this is eternal life, that they know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
