Started my morning with a scratchy throat, so I bought zicam, la la la I misread the directions it says to take 1 tablet dissolve completely and may repeat every 3 hrs, I read it as take 3 tablets which I chewed and can repeat in 3 hours, well needless to say I have so much zinc in my system as I just repeated the wrong dose and realized this is nuts - 😣 feeling stupid
