Just learned how a friend of a friend died because of the bus accident in Magallanes today. :( Most public utility vehicle drivers have been keeping a mindset of getting the most number of passengers to get a high take-home pay for the day. This cant continue! I really, really wish our lawmakers would push for a centralized bus system with staff receiving fixed income and proper training so that we dont risk the safety of passengers and the motorists.
