Just made Swedish Pancakes for breakfast, first time ever! Checked out so many recipes, they all seem to vary a little. They turned out good, I will just work on my own favorite way to make them. I like them even a little thinner than I made them, I like them slightly more crisp. I grew up eating LOTS of pancakes because of the awesome stove grill my mom used A LOT, so I just got burnt out on the thicker more common pancakes. When I go to a Pancake Breakfast I eat the eggs, no pancakes. Looking forward to perfecting the Swedish ones.
