Just so you all know. I think me x husband sucks! I had to tell some one. okay I feel better now. I wish I could find a free attorney to hear my case . I just can not continue to let him control where we live. who we live with. ext. I have the girls 100 present of the time He lives in Europe . They have lived here since 07. when he returned them after holding them hostage till I agreed to his demands. We are forced to live in a house in dire need of repair. I had to leave my gov. job working in the sun with the kids for the past 20 years due to my skin cancer problem and sensitivity to sun light. and temps over 80. I am loosing my vision and thing are rough. I want to sell the house but he has it in the claws that he will take 100 percent of the profit . he considers paying for a mortgage on a house he owns as child support because it puts a roof over our head. I have a problem with this. I feel ,like a prisoner, He needs to send my the money equal to the amount of the mortgage to me and I will Get out of this State so I can live a healthy long life. this state and this house is killing me. I just have no money for an attorney so I am stuck.I applied for legal aid and all I get is run around. I have to get this fixed soon my girls are not getting younger. We were married 17 years. I was found beaten and near death in aug 05 in a dumpster in Aviano Italy. I received ERD from Italy to FL where we have a house. He came back to the states in dec 05 and took my girls back ove seas in a horrific way . and would not bring them back till i signed away all forms of support financially . I had to do it I wanted my girls home! He returned them and never came back He remains in Italy. I need and attorney to help me get this ridiculous document tossed out of court . The attorney handling my case was the famous Scott Whitehead of Destin Fl who was disbarred went to jail. and ordered to pay restitution to his clients. I would like to get some of that.. so I am hope something can be done. I just cant afford a legal fight . Thank you .
