Just talked to JD and his nurse. They put a PICC line in and hes getting peripheral nutrition through that. His NG drainage is minimal....YAY, so hes doing better. Hes still weak and on morphine for pain, still no bowel sounds yet but sometimes it takes a day or so. Keep praying that his bowels wake up and start functioning on their own. He will be in the hospital until everythings working properly, no getting discharged early this time if I have to stand guard over him LOL. Thank you all for your prayers and please keep them coming.
