Just want to say big thank you for all the people who complimented Leanne on her hard work..its no easy task to get to this stage sweat and tears..and most of all the diet is a massive key factor..I have nothing but admiration for any one who changes a lifestyle for whatever reason! To one of fitness and health!!and whats also very very important is finding the right trainer the one thats going to push you every step of the way.. The trainer that knows how much it means to you to reach that goal..of a toned body..weight loss..or strength..six packs..or whatever a person wants..the ideal trainer is another factor!!and in Leannes case,margie was her perfect trainer!! And Ive said it before and ill say it again for those people who think a person is lossing to much weight or gaining to much muscle..your to big your to thin your this your that..I say to these people..its up to the person in question what they want in life..should it be thin or fit or toned or bulging with muscles!! Thats up to the trainers to decide not these negative attitudes..I always tell my clients never listen to the negative people ignore them always take on board the positive response from the people who really believe in you..and recognise your achievements of a fit healthy new you!! Mostly the negative response tends to come from the jealous part of society!!and the real true comment about getting to thin,,would come from a worried mother or father who just dont understand the weight loss is key to health..going from overweight to thin in a short period..is normal when on a weight loss program!! So I say to you now Leanne you have the body you earned it you trained it go show it of!! More pics of Leanne 2 weeks fom now!! Once again good work margie!!
