Just wanted to let you guys know this past week started out well but ended almost as bad as possible. Tues we went and had our initial walk through on the new house. Went well as we got that damn tree taken down and just minor fixes. So Thurs I go to my heart dr for three screening tests on your heart and all valves and arteries. The tech spent lots of time doing ultra sound on my right neck and then she slipped out of the room and then my Dr Joe and 3 other Drs came into the room, who I was told I would not see him walked in and he asked me how I was doing and I said probably not as good as I felt before I came to the office. He told me I had a very big blockage on my right cartoid artery going from my heart to my brain. So I have a very good chance of having a stroke. If anything good came from this is I do not have any symptoms. So the screening hopefully has saved my life except my surgery is not until Wed. Lets just say I am having a real hard time to be positive and have faith. I cannot talk about it or even writing about it. Love all you guys. Will keep you posted after surgery. Good news we sign papers to own our home on Mon.
