Just when I think I am finally safe to garden in my own sovereign - TopicsExpress

Just when I think I am finally safe to garden in my own sovereign space, a new landlord/absentee owner of property adjacent to ours in the back, runs roughshod with W-esque fervor in his brush removal and mows down all the native bittersweet vine I have carefully trained along our cyclone fence, a fence that sits well on our property, just west of the actual property line. This dickweed has had plenty of opportunity to meet and greet us, to strike up a conversation about his plans and preferences but has declined to do so. Instead he has stealthily gone berserk and vandalized the area far beyond any required trimming. Honest to the gods! What is it about brush removal or herbicide-use, for that matter, that gets (usually white) men caught in a fugue state, unable to think clearly or see straight as they hack up nature right and left until nothing is left standing?? Where did anybody get the idea that this is attractive or desirable!?!?
