Just witnessed something pretty cool. My son and two of the neighborhood boys are at the park across the street. Riding bikes and practicing skateboard tricks. A teenage skater is walking through the park. The boys asked to check out his board... He was cool as Hell and handed it to one of em. He let them all try tricks on it, and showed them a few of his own. Gave em high fives, and told them to keep practicing and stay outta trouble as he skated away. He didnt notice me in my drive way watching. But he skated away smiling. The world hasnt gone to shit just yet. There is hope for us. Even If its one small, sincere, and inspiring gesture at a time!
