KBIM Radio News Staff Report Wednesday, August, 21st, 2013 ROSWELL – Roswell Police arrested 20-year-old Josue Orozco on charges of aggravated burglary in connection with a shooting that occurred in the 200 block of East Ballard early Saturday morning. According to reports Orozco allegedly entered the victim’s house. pointed a gun at the victim, and shot at the victim’s feet. The victim was able to jump out of the way to prevent being shot. However, a bullet fragment did cut the victim’s ankle. The victim and Orozco knew one another; they were not strangers. Officers transported Orozco to the Chaves County Detention Center where he was incarcerated on a $25,000.00 cash or surety bond.
