KITCHEN & FOOD Our kitchen features a professional restaurant gas stove, pots and pans. The gas for the stove is split between the tenants which is usually about $10.00 per month each with regular use. As this is a community kitchen, everyone is required to clean up after themselves EVERY TIME they use the kitchen including wiping down the counters, stove (on top and below), washing their dishes, drying them and putting them away.
