Koenigs We The People, in America, were ordained by God, as HIS rulers and higher powers over America and over our elected Republican and Democrat Federal public servants, on the very day when HE delivered the "sword" of our first World Super Power Empire Government on October 17th 1781 at the miracle of Yorktown. For there is no power but of God; In America, the powers that be, We The People, are ordained of God. Further, in His infinite wisdom, as documented in paragraph 2 of The Declaration of Independence; "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are >endowed by their Creator< with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." As we know a well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of each of our home Countries, which according to the Preamble of The Constitution form "a more perfect Union" of free and sovereign States, which are only limited in power by the very few limitations agreed to under Article I Section 10 as they ratified in The Constitution via their free and sovereign power, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed, is "AMONG" these. Thus we know that the "sword" of The Second Amendment is a Right endowed the rulers and higher powers ordained by the Lord our God, as well noted in Romans 13:1-5: Romans 13:1-5 King James Version (KJV) 13 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. May God have mercy on the immortal souls of our elected Republican and Democrat enemies of The Tenth Amendment and their jackbooted minions in the DOJ, DHS, ATF, DEA, FEMA, EPA, DOE, FBI, Big Brother NSA and the IRS who profiles, targets and attacks us, the rulers and higher powers of God, if they do not soon return to obedience of OUR Tenth Amendment and Bill of Rights laws which, according to the Preamble of The Constitution, We The People "ordained and established" upon our elected and non-elected Federal public servants to "secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity".
