Keep it Simple... yep, even in my duality this is my life, always has been... something finally closest to reflect the foundation of my being, which has always been and always will be, and it cant be beaten out of me... its in me, take all away, cant break me, cant take away whats inside, wear me down, but i get back up... Ive known this since I was a wee thing no matter who tried to program me, always questioned and always defied if it didnt flow that way, and always will. This is all of us and it came be rewired and reclaimed. Love always flows and the rest just dont jive... thats how you know. Love is ease and well being, yes there is a little learning and growth challenge bumps which are fun, but on going never ending struggles and wear down battles are dis-ease which leads to ill health and disease. Always choose your evironment and thoughts... its your playground.
