Kelly Bahn Hinnenkamp was asking me today about the how lighting the water tower went. Honestly, I was disappointed with our results. It was the one structure we lit that morning that I had a case of the I wish I wouldas. To do it over again, I need to move the lights farther from the tower, probably use some lighting stands to change the angle as it hits the tower and the logo - and bring the tripod for my camera. The shots of the tower are taken from Memorial Park in Annandale, quite a distance from the tower. That coupled with low light, and a little bit of a caffeine shake (it was about 4:14am when we shot these) produced the images you see. That said, we still turned a white water tower red. :)
