Kelly has Cerebral palsy. She had an In-Utero Stroke when I was pregnant with her. She now has limited use of her right side. She wears an AFO brace on her right leg and at night wears an arm brace to decrease the tightness in her hand. We were told that she would never walk or talk. Well, guess what? They got that one wrong! Kelly was my Moms little angel and she put out many prayer requests for Kelly. Those prayers were answered. She has taught me that you cant take those little things in life for granted. The things that we do every day and dont think twice about, can be a challenge to her. She is very determined and is very tender hearted. She loves her best friend, Ashleigh. These two girls feed off each other. What I mean by that is whatever one has as a strength the other one learns by it. The School Therapists tell me and Crystal all the time that they are pulled for their therapy together because they help each other so much. I love these girls so much!
