Kevin asked me last night if I always wore sparkle and glitter the way I wear it now. Eye make-up and my bling jewelry. Well, the answer is no. At least not for the last 20 years. I wanted to wear it, but being so overweight I had absolutely no self confidence in myself. I definitely didnt want to bring any extra attention to me. But, after losing so much weight, there is nothing I love more than being a girly girl. Sparkles, glitter and the whole works. I know Im 39 years old and my kids are grown, but I dont feel it. Im gonna rock this fairy dust until Im 80! Haha! I love yall and the support and encouragement that yall give me daily is worth more than you will ever know. It feels so amazing to be ME and not be scared of what others think. I never had the confidence before. I was afraid if I let the dorky, silly, and goofy Courtney out that I would lose friends. Well, if I do, they arent friends worth having. So, do me a favor today. Let out your silly side. Be a goofball. Sprinkle some fairy dust on yourself before going out. Let the real you SHINE! Dont worry about what others think. The ones that matter will love you more! Hugs!!!!
