Plan and deliver business lessons in a clear and appropriate manner, mark assignments, and play role as an exam invigilator. 2. Monitor student progress and motivate students to achieve high academic standards, creativity, and problem solving skills. 3. As part of the role you will also be expected to support effective management and administration of the C.I.C. 4. Deliver across a range of modules or within a subject area, using appropriate teaching, learning support and assessment methods. 5. Within the subject team plan, suggest develop learning outcomes and materials. 6. Contribute to the revision and improvements in the curriculum content and delivery. 7. Act as a personal tutor in case of weak and passive students should join in extra hours. 8. Keep in touch with students regularly in class to improve their weaknesses and problems 9. Keep records of exams, reports, send to C.I.C on time and accurately. 10. Coordinate with others (including support staff and academic colleagues) to ensure student expectations and needs are met. Yêu cầu Requirements: 1. MBA in Business related discipline is a must. DBA, Ph.D is a plus 2. Documented proof of minimum three (3) years university teaching in Business related, recognized by C.I.C as appropriate for the relevant discipline area and academic teaching level. A notarized employment certificate and/or letter of reference clearly stating the teaching role and period of service might be required. 3. Passionate with sharing knowledge and skills to others, moderate but innovative. 4. Willing to develop teaching skills, improve continuously the methods to be better. 5. Being flexible, outgoing, easily adapt to the new dynamic working environment.
