Krins Fit Tip of the Day: it is Veterans Day today & I am so proud & grateful for all of those who have served or are currently serving our country!! Thank You! 👊The Push Up is a staple in boot camps & PT and should be staple in your routine. WHY? You use your own body weight to create overall strength. A few keys: keep your abs tight & your back straight, arms, elbows, shoulders & hands in line with each other and make sure you dont sag your back.
