LAST POST FROM ITALY I dont even understand it but I simply got a bit tired over the 10km and returned a personal worst. all this after improving on previous 5km time on saturday. I think there is a line did (s)he get tired or did (s)he just get lazy in an Eagles song. Oh well but you gotta be grossed out by this: I take out my teeth so as to give free access to vigorous breathing: some say it is a form of cheating, even performance enhancing but my friend Silvia had some other descriptors. You see on the first lap I realised I had a full teeth smile which is great for the camera but ruins my focus, so I pulled them out and flung them out of the rink saying hey Silvia of some such. She had them nicely wrapped up in toilet paper (unused) when I finished. and speaking of finished I recall my father used to say you just dont know when to stop so demonstrating a level of learning with older age . . . here goes: bye.from Italy (really written in Hong Kong, but who can tell these days).
