LCSO, Town of Purcellville & Loudoun Crime Solvers Announce Reward in Franklin Park Vandalism Case go.usa.gov/8PjC Loudoun County, VA- The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, the Town of Purcellville, and Loudoun Crime Solvers announced a cash reward of up to $1500 for information leading to an arrest and indictment in connection with the recent vandalism at Franklin Park. On Tuesday, the Purcellville Town Council approved an additional $500 reward to be offered in the case. “While this facility is not in our town, many of our families enjoy Franklin Park and all that it has to offer,” said Mayor Robert W. Lazaro, Jr. “We want to do everything we can to assist the sheriff’s office to make an arrest in this case,” Mayor Lazaro added. Loudoun Crime Solvers initially offered a cash reward of up to $1000 for any information that leads to an arrest and indictment. “If you have information regarding this case you are encouraged to call Loudoun Crime Solvers,” said Sheriff Chapman. “Your call will remain anonymous,” added Chapman. On May 17th, park personnel discovered that unknown subjects accessed work trucks at the park, and damaged the park grounds and structures. At this time damage is estimated at approximately $80,000. The vandalism was discovered shortly after 7AM. Franklin Park is located at 17501 Franklin Park Drive in Purcellville.
