LONG ISLAND> FOSTER DESPERATELY NEEDED!! Mom& pups need foster ASAP! home with no other pets. need peace. SAVED! ANOTHER PREGNANT MOMMA ON A CHAIN: Yes, you read it right. In this area of Long Island, it seems life on a chain is acceptable, even though it is illegal to leave dogs out for more than two hours, and certainly illegal to use a chain such as this!!! But until Guardians of Rescue got there, no agency issued any summons or offered to help Ivy. Ivy is about to have her puppies and we DESPERATELY need an experienced foster home. She is sweet as pie as you can see and as much as we all want to comment on how the owners should be tarred and feathered etc, lets please just make this thread about Ivy finding a foster/forever home.
