Ladies and Gentlemen, Share your thoughts with Laurel and Hardy, as well as your own Congressmen and Senators. Its their sworn duty to protect the Constitution with the power of the purse so designated exclusively to Congress by the Framers. Congress controls where the money goes, by design; lying about a fabricated inability to use the power of the purse to thwart tyranny is an act of treason. The leverage utilized in conflicts between the Legislative and the Executive may include a government shutdown by Congress, yet such a shutdown is - in fact - caused by an intractable executive; not uncommon over the history of our republic: None have been as singularly devoted to the destruction of America as King Barry. The strategy is designed to keep the government open, while satisfying the base, which is livid with President Back Obama for issuing an executive order that ends deportations for millions of undocumented immigrants. Republican leaders have struggled to come up with a plan that would satisfy both goals — of keeping the government open, while allowing members to express their anger at Obama. GOP sources believe that keeping immigration funding on a short leash could be the answer. Read more: politico/story/2014/11/republican-leaders-shutdown-immigration-113149.html#ixzz3K854ZZ4C
