Lahori Motton paya This dish is one of Eid al adhas special dish. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste. 4 Mutton paye Garlic 1 bunch 1 Onion Salt 1 tsp. (or to taste) Turmeric 1 tsp. 1/2 tsp whole Black pepper 1 tsp. 2 Black cardamom 5 Cloves Cinnamon 1 small stick 1 tsp Cumin Water 4 to 5 glasses For Masala: Onion 1 big (sliced) 2 tbsp yoghurt 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tsp red chilli 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp garam masala Oil 1/4 cup method: Add water and boil all the ingredients that are mentioned above for boiling. Boil for at least 5, 6 hours on low flame. or in pressure cooker for 1 hour. Take 1/4 cup oil in a pan and fry onion, take out onions and grind in machine and then add with all mentioned spices (except all garam masala powder). add 1 cup water and cook for 15 mints. and keep frying until oils comes out. Add boiled paya and the stock and keep cooking for 1 to 2 hours on low flame. At the end sprinkle garam masala and serve with naans and Lasi.
