Last, but certainly not least, is Dorothy Dawn Curry Hall, born - TopicsExpress

Last, but certainly not least, is Dorothy Dawn Curry Hall, born January 21, 1985. Finally, I heard the words, “It’s a girl!” Can’t remember if we knew ahead of time or not. Anyway I had my girl! To my surprise my girl wasn’t a girly girl. She was pretty and petite and had the makings of dressing up like a doll but she wanted no part of it. Play with her hair OH NO. Dresses? Abolutely NOT! Man was that a disappointment. Oh well, she was still my girl and gotta love her anyway right? Absolutely! Dorothy has been such a source of strength for me since we lost Jaelyn. I truly would not have survived without her. Dorothy, I love you so much. You have been there every moment I needed you and with just the right thing to say or not say. You let me cry, or talk, or whatever. You never ask what’s wrong, you just know. And when I’m happy, you know I still hurt inside. Thank you for sharing your life and your time and your family and helping me get through not only Jaelyns death but also this stupid headache thing. This very morning I was thinking about how Dorothy has been such a blessing over the past couple of years. It is ironic that the very day I was thinking of these things, it is the day to honor our children. When God gives us children He knows the future but we don’t. The relationships can play out a number of ways and are influenced by our choices and free will. Sometimes our children stray, some return to the fold and to the faith they have been taught, others don’t. We are blessed when they do. To all my children, I love each of you dearly for the very special person that you are!
