Last minute again, but I just decided I feel like watching a movie tonight. Short version: The One I Love at 9:00PM at my place. Long version: Ive heard almost entirely great things about this movie and I am a fan of both of the lead actors, Mark Duplass and Elizabeth Moss, so Im pretty excited for this small indie black comedy. Heres the premise: On the brink of separation, Ethan (Duplass) and Sophie (Moss) escape to a beautiful vacation house for a weekend getaway in an attempt to save their marriage. What begins as a romantic and fun retreat soon becomes surreal, when an unexpected discovery forces the two to examine themselves, their relationship, and their future. Heres the link to the trailer, but I will warn you that from everything Ive heard about this movie its best to remain as spoiler-free as possible.
