Last night, August 7, 2013, Joel had a meeting at Jolibee (Lores, Antipolo) with Rotary Club members of Antipolo-Centro and with a Jesuit International Service representative, who is a pioneer promoter of hydroponics here in the PHilippines. Antipolo-Centro is known for its aggressive community projects. The gathering was to discuss further the project proposal on aqua-vermiponics, halamanan, and pharmacy garden. Our shop will be supplying the materials, ANCs, herbs, and plants for the said project proposal. If the proposal will be approved, Rotary International will be the supporting agency. Beneficiaries for this project will be five PWDs of sixteen barangays in Antipolo. Joel will provide the technology as the would-be technical adviser. He has units in electronics and communications engineering course for four years at the University of the East-Caloocan, before going to Ebenezer Bible College-Zamboanga. The Lord has directed all these as we saturate our new territory here in Antipolo. We are here now for three years. God has blessed us with a 45-square meter corner lot for residential/commercial purposes. It is overlooking Laguna de Bay. This would-be home is nearby our store in P. Oliveros Street. Through our three-month-old shop, God has sent us both believers and people from other faiths in order for them to witness the goodness and greatness of the Lord in the creation of this cosmos with all that is in it, and to see God’s lovingkindness upon our family. Everyone coming to our store has become a source of inspiration. They are awed of the God who made different shrubs for healing and for physical and mental vigor.
