Last night Jennifer and Lizzie attended a SYLA seminar entitled “So you want to be a family lawyer?” Jennifer told us. “The speakers were Rhona Adams and Karen Whylie, who are both experienced family law practitioners. They spoke about how they had come to work in family law and gave those interested in a career in this area a great deal of useful insight and advice. There was also an opportunity to network with other young lawyers in attendance, and it was a very interesting and enjoyable evening.
