Last night something happened to the kids and I that will inspire us for the rest of our lives. An act of kindness so grand that it actually changes you as a person. An act of kindness so amazing that words alone could never be enough to show how thankful you are. Kylee McCraken, an amazing, loving and inspiring 8 year girl wanted to give my boys a wonderful Christmas. She organized a event at her dance studio to raise Christmas gifts for Scott and Joseph. Shock, appreciation, gratefulness, and admiration are only a few of the words that I can describe how we feel right now. The look on Scott and JoJo’s face will be a memory that I will have for the rest of my life. To Kylee McCracken, David McCracken, and Jennifer McCracken, thank you so much for being such a wonderful friend to Steven. Thank you so much for thinking of us and thank you for showing my boys a lesson that I know they will repay one day in their lives.
