Last of the recipes: Coconut Crack Bars. Not sure what I did to make mine come out all gooey and not capable of holding a shape (I might have put too much agave in them), but I didnt hear anyone whinging about the shape. They were too busy licking their fingers and making yummy noises. :) As written, this recipe could be done in a small food processor, but didnt make very much. You could double it, and probably fill an 8x8 pan -- maybe with a graham cracker or oreo-crumb crust.
