Last year part of Team KAVU, Barry Barr and Nick Greece, went to Haiti to visit a flying location that KAVU worked to develop in 2012. They met incredible people on this beautiful Caribbean island, and continued to work to create adventure tourism opportunities. A friend of KAVU, Zach Niles, introduced the team to some of Haitis finest musicians—Lakou Mizik. This band, also featured in the video, is a collective of musicians from Haiti looking to change the perception of their country by spreading its vibrant musical culture around the world.
