Latest UPDATE on mom from uncle Randy. This will be my last update from the hospital for Nadine. I fly back to Texas in the morning. Shes had a good day. Water retention is much improved. Yesterday her legs were tight as a drum and her hands were really swollen. Today her legs are much softer and give when you squeeze. They put her on an IV of magnesium be her blood work showed a deficiency. The chest tube will stay for another day. LPN said they want to wait till the whole team is here before they take it out. And there is still a small amount of discharge. She was awake most of the day, and very little pain meds. Shes able to get out of bed and out of the chair on her own and walking much more confidently. Glenn plans to go home tonight and spend the night tomorrow hoping to be discharged on Tuesday. Well see. She definitely wants to go home
