Leaving the insurance company was a big step for me, but I just got ANOTHER big gig in the restaurant business. I have been chosen to make the recipes for every single food item and salsa on the Mexican menu of a Mexican/Peruvian restaurant. Gonna be there cooking it most of the time as well! Big step for me. Come try my enchiladas, birria, mole, tamales, ceviche, coctel de camaron, tacos, etc. The restaurant is located across the street from Baldwin Park High School on Badillo. It is called Inka Grill. We will open some time this week so be aware!
