Left the kids for a quick run to the store. Came back and checked on them - Lucy mainly and she was finally comfy & sleeping on the couch where I left her. So, I jumped back in the car and ran to Sandusky to get them some food & a few other items. Came back & she was still sleeping like the sweet bull dog she is. So, I grabbed her bowl of food & held it under her nose. Watched as her tongue started flicking out to grab a piece but she was still half asleep. Long story a little shorter, I started feeding her by hand again & she was eating it up. She got up and started eating straight out of her bowl :) Wheww! After that, it was back into the dog room for some water and a trip outside. Seems all is well. Hopefully only an upset tummy.....yeah, still not ready! If only they could live forever!
