Like a lot of infrastructure projects, the Las Carpas pedestrian bridge was finished behind schedule. BUT ITS FINISHED!!! Just got the e-mail that Las Carpas will be inaugurating the 100 FT bridge next week. 6,000 people will have safer access to hospitals, schools, and markets. Some of my classmates and I partnered with the people of Las Carpas and Bridges to Prosperity to survey for, fund, design, and build this bridge. A big thanks to everyone who helped!
