Listen, Ill roll my eyes at a lot of sappy, pappy, schmaltzy stuff (especially what gets posted on this site by some of you) and Im sarcastic and cynical and ironic … but I also try to be sincere. I recently watched Godspell again — first time in 35 years probably — and it is just as innocent and sweet and charming as it has always been. This is my favorite song from it, and it has been ear worming its way through me all morning long.
