*Long post about cosplay and friends* I love doing Cosplay and Cosplay Photography. Cosplaying, while causes me a headache sometimes, has helped create some of the best memories in my life. I met Karly Maple and Hana Christine by pouring fake blood on myself in a bathroom at a convention while they walked in. I got to share my fake blood and have two beautiful new friends. I met Chel Marie Curtis the first time I ever cosplayed and was Rosalind Lutece. She is one of the awesomest people Ive ever known. I met Justin La Torre at a League music video shoot and got to hang out with him more and do a photoshoot at PMX. Hes a complete sweetheart. Ive met a lot of fun and sweet people at LCS including their staff and players because I go way too often in too many different League cosplays. Ive met so many really amazing friends through cosplaying. I wouldnt trade them for the world. Its why I love doing cosplay photography as well. Im nowhere near the best but its kinda my way to give back to the people who have enriched my life. Ive been editing a bunch of photos from PMX which Ill be posting tonight. Looking back at the people Ive met has almost made me cry tonight, in a good way of course. Being a cosplayer and taking the pictures also, gives me an appreciation for the cosplayers. Youve all spent so much time and effort on your cosplays and I want to reflect that in my pictures. I may not be the best but Im trying. I appreciate everyone Ive met and have become friends with or somewhat bonded with at conventions. Youve all really helped me grow as a cosplayer. For all those not mentioned in the post: youre all still dolls and I love you all. Theyre just the people Ive been editing pictures of tonight and are freshest in my memory.
