Longtime Howard County JP, and Rodeo Legend , Marvin Quail Dobbs, past away yesterday. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends today. A famous rodeo clown and performer, he was inducted into the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame and the the Texas Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame in 2002. He was also inducted into the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame in 2003 and the Texas Rodeo Hall of Fame in 2004. He will be missed.
