Looks like this gig is coming to be something really fun. I played at #1 Broadway with some funk, blues monsters, with Jake Mackey, and the two Mikes. Mike Jr. BETTER come out with his keyboard, so we can play Put It Where You Want It and some Crusaders, Grusin, and Joe Sample. Hope youll all take a little part of your Saturday to come celebrate with me, Julie, and Jonathan. Ray-Ray Figueroa has a gig as do many of you, so there may not be any fudge to partake of, and Ron Howard, Donnie Green, Jackie Turner, etc...will not be able to come it appears. My loss, but you know what? You should all go to EACH gig, and spend a little time enjoying the fabulous music this area has to offer. My last thought...If the mountain cant go to Mohammed...well... Get climbing! Theres no time to waste..e see me, my friends, and family, and then go see some of the great, GREAT artists around here. Its not just a job, its a great adventure.
