Loyola Development Corporation is a 501(c)(3) organization that was established to prevent and eliminate neighborhood deterioration and to promote the general social welfare of the community through the construction, rehabilitation, ownership or operation of housing. Connecticut Community Foundation provided Loyola with a Nonprofit Assistance Initiative grant for a consultant to do a feasibility study and fund development resulting in the planned development of Liberty Commons. =)
