Luke 12 V 48 King James Bible But he that knew not, and did - TopicsExpress

Luke 12 V 48 King James Bible But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. - Maybe a lot of Social Workers should be very anxious about this. Those who abuse the law and law process will be held far more accountable for their actions. Is it more important to tell the truth, if there is ongoing contempt of court? Or more important to follow the rule of confidentiality?. Does not the truth cry out to be heard? - After all how can one argue that confidentiality is lawful, when confidentiality itself is used as the excuse to break the law? - -Those who are contemptuous of the law and use it to achieve their own ends without resorting to good practice of the law, are themselves in contempt, not those who expose the malpractice. - Yet, how can one ask people to speak out and risk yet more abuse from the law, even though that which they speak, is the very truth which the law is attempting to conceal, through its use of confidentiality? - Thereby the law is binding the tongue of the truth. But since when is it illegal in this country to speak the truth, apparently when the truth can be concealed by some clause of cconfidentiality, which then enables professionals amongst others to lie with impunity! - - Social Services be damned, their actions have caused suffering to hundreds and thousands of people. One day I would like to come face to face with some of those who have resorted to the most blatant of lies in order to perpetuate some misbegotten ideal or THEIR own version of justice and the truth and thereby engaged in lies which they believe, no doubt through some sanctimonious self righteous belief, is THEIR form of justice. I might remind all that due process of court is exactly that and it is contempt of court to undermine due process, even if you believe what you feel you are doing is right. It is not, such action undermines the very core of justice itself and confidentiality is no excuse for its perpetuance.
