LydorMarkets Ltd admin@lydormarkets Mar 7 (1 day ago) to me Lydor Markets Clarifies Correspondence Victoria, Seychelles, February 28, 2013 — Lydor Markets would like to provide clarification on certain statements made in previous correspondence dated 19 Jan 2014 regarding the conversion of Options Future Certificates (OFCs) to common shares in Global Digital Services (GDS). Following the successful reverse takeover transaction in August 2013 that allowed Global Digital Services (ECM: STC) to trade on the Emerging Companies Market (ECM) of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE), Lydor Markets invited Members to convert their OFCs to common shares in GDS. The conversion process is straightforward and should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. To get started, visit mlds.cc now and follow the brief instructions. OFC holders who choose to convert their OFCs will receive shares in GDS that are presently owned by MLDS, and it is through MLDS that their OFCs will be converted to shares in GDS. Please note that there is an administration and share transfer fee of €50 associated with this transaction. OFC holders should also be aware that this is a voluntary transaction, which no OFC holder is obliged to carry out. We strongly encourage OFC holders, shareholders and potential shareholders to review GDS’ historic trading data at bit.ly/1fLcNLo prior to making any investment decision. A licensed financial advisor should be consulted prior to making any investment decision. Further Cautionary Statements: Neither GDS nor MLDS make any warranty nor do either provide any sort of representation and/or indemnity for any loss of profit and/or loss of the OFC holder’s investment by reason of encouraging the said holder to proceed with conversion to common shares in GDS, nor shall either be liable in contract or in tort for any loss of profit based on reliance interest and/or consequential or incidental damages, foreseeable and unforeseeable.
