The gift of 3rd-hand Jetta cars and Okada to our young men is the best thing that has happened to Constituency 1 since buttered bread (as I do all the time) please slap the person back to reality and drum this handy fact into him/her: The PDP in Isoko South Constituency 1 is all geared up to claiming back her lost seat! Here are reasons why Orezi Esievo is poised to be elected the next legislator of the DTHA Isoko South Constituency 1: 1. Madame Legislator: A #SupportMadameOreziMovement to elect the first Isoko Madame Legislator has been gathering wind and has finally reached sustained hurricane strength since yesterday when the campaign team was officially inaugurated. This movement encompasses the mainstream media, the foot soldiers, and the social media. Together they are building momentum and coalitions across all platforms. Our target is how to secure overflow-victory for Madame Orezi Esievo. 2. Orezi Is the Only Leader Who Can Change the Status quo from mediocre-representation to quality-representation. Cowbell seized all the customers before Peak milk came down to join him in the 10 Naira market but Peak milk brought d advantage of its quality,beauty and name and Cowbell bowed to pressure to accomodate rivalry.- Olokor Sylvester As the potential first Madame Legislator, Orezi has proven that she has the capacity for strong leadership and is not afraid to solve the problems confronting constituency 1- that of eating our future away for immediate satisfaction- and with Party faithfuls, crowd-pullers and iconic leaders like Sir Malik Itiako Ikpokpo, Hon. Sir Evans Egbo, Hon. Pastor Powell Tos Ojogho, Jerry Odugala, Charles Mallam-Obi, solidly behind her, this task is a no-brainer. 3. Shes smarter, more disciplined, better educated, and more competent for the job. Shes learnt to stand up for herself in her political life and knows the right strings to effectively pull at the right time. 4. Sir Malik Constantine Ikpokpo assumed office, his first burden was to clean up Oleh. The estimated sum of money required to get this done was crazy and a call was put through to Madame Orezi whose connection brought in the CCC who got the job done for half the price! Talk about getting two for the price of one! Now, thats whatsup! Thats the synergy we are talking about. Sir Malik needs a highly-connected PDP legislator to work with so we can achieve so much more than he ever can with some APC solo-legislator. 5. She wont need to BUY projects from contractors, she WILL put sustainable projects in the budget: Madame Orezi has a solid executive experience from her years as a Commissioner and she knows how to lobby things like industries to Isoko, as she evidently lobbied for a State-of-the-art Arts and Craft Centre in Emede within only 6months of her Commissionership with the Ibori administration, and if it was within her powers and not some government bureaucracy, the Centre would have been up and running aeons ago; as she also lobbied for the renovation of 18 Isoko schools as against the 2 earlier approved even as a mere appointee (Commissioner) who is answerable to, and can be cowered by, the Governor. So, if a child graduates from one of those schools tomorrow and becomes the President, then Isoko is lifted and our voices heard just like the lifting of Ijaw has made the likes of Tompolo, E.K. Clark and James Manager political voices that MUST be heard. Elective positions and appointments are poles apart in terms of influencing and executing projects, so with Madame Orezi as a legislative rep, Constituency 1 is in for an OVERFLOW of quality representation.
