MEATLOAF A LA ONION SOUP---- 2 pounds hamburger meat,,, one third cup ketchup,,, 1 and one half cups soft bread crumbs,,, 2 eggs beaten,,, 1 envelope onion soup mix,,, three forth cup warm water,,, milk---- Soak bread in enough milk to cover. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add the hamburger and the onion soup mix and blend well. Stir in the soaked bread, the warm water and the ketcup. Place in baking pan and cook uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with mashed potatoes and greenbeans.
